Celoron Theater 1897 - 1930 burned.

Celoron Theater gutted inside and made into the Pier Ballroom 1924.

Pier Ballroom burned in 1930.

Castle Gardens (the new ballroom) completed in 1930. Ended up being called the name of its predecessor, Pier Ballroom.
